How can I track my order?

How do I return a product?

Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Please contact us immediately at sales@anoraexpress.com with your order details. Once processing has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Are there any non-returnable items?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Nigeria. However, we are looking into expanding our shipping services internationally, so please stay tuned for updates.
Do you offer exchanges?

What is your return policy?

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Most orders within Lagos are processed and delivered within 24 hours and others are delivered within 48-72 hours, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
