At Anora Express, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided above. You are responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning items, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
